To apply to become a KAMA Member, please completely fill out the form below. Incomplete, missing or inaccurate information may delay or invalidate the process. The KAMA Administrative board will review the information and their reply will be sent within a few business days to the email provided in the application. Current students of KAMA chapters, please speak to your kadua/instructor to apply.

I agree to the collection, use and processing of the personal information I provide to the Kada Anan Martial Arts Association (KAMA) for the purposes of organization administration. By submitting my personal information to KAMA, I also agree that my information may be assessed and used by KAMA, its members and associates. I understand that the data requested in this application is necessary for administrative and planning purposes.

Any information collected will not be sold, shared, or rented to others. Your contact information will be used solely for the purpose of communicating with you.

KAMA recognizes and understands that other martial arts organizations, schools and/or instructors may have differing traditions regarding cross training. Some freely allow their students to train in unrelated arts and with unaffiliated organizations, schools and/or instructors while others are more restrictive.

By submitting my membership application, I verify:
1) I am not currently affiliated with another martial arts organization, school or instructor
or
2) I am free to train the KAMA curriculum unrestrained by any rules of another martial arts organization, school or instructor.
